Using silicone cups to apply therapeutic cupping techniques at satoribodycare.com.au

cupping

Cupping is another fantastic tool that not only feels wonderful but can also have some very therapeutic effects.

There are various cupping styles, applications, and techniques that can be used in cupping therapy. After experimenting with different styles, I found that silicone cups work best with my remedial massage techniques and seamlessly blend into the flow.

Cupping therapy is known for its ability to enhance circulation and lymph flow, reduce inflammation, relieve pain and tension, and reset pain thresholds. When combined with massage techniques, cupping therapy's vacuum-like effect can be successful in addressing chronic soft tissue dysfunction and reducing pain.

For neuralgic conditions like sciatica, I prefer using cups over direct manual pressure to avoid compressing the nerve. Cupping therapy's negative pressure can relax the surrounding tissues without causing any nerve irritation.
